The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) hosted a Women’s Forum to provide an opportunity for women to connect and find support in the pest management industry. The event was attended by over 200 women and featured speakers such as Futurist Crystal Washington and Dr. Faith Critzer, who spoke on leadership development and the importance of networking. The forum also included roundtable discussions where attendees could engage in conversations surrounding inclusive leadership and challenges women face in the industry.

NPMA hopes that the Women’s Forum will inspire more women to take leadership roles in the pest management industry and help recognize the valuable contributions that women make to the field. The event was a major success and NPMA looks forward to hosting similar events in the future.
